Gastro Tour Guide Training Completed

“In this project, which we organized in cooperation with Ahiler Development Agency (AHİKA), together with the regional guides, we aim to get to know Türkiye and Cappadocia Gastronomy better and especially to introduce it better to tourists. Within the scope of this project, regional guides and guide candidates, who received a one-week training, had the opportunity to gain theoretical knowledge on the Modern Gastronomy of Turkey and the Development of Turkish Gastronomy, as well as to experience the culinary applications of dishes from the Anatolia and Cappadocia regions.
