Cappadocia Gastronomy Festival – 2024

We highlight the traditional flavors of Hıdırellez, which is celebrated by people of various cultures and beliefs who have lived in these ancient lands throughout history, interpreting the arrival of spring with their expectations of healing, abundance and fertility. We come together at the Spring Tables event in Cappadocia, where the awakening of nature and the flourishing hopes of man are integrated and where seasonality and locality are prioritized.
