'Turkish Cuisine Week: Development of Local and Sustainable Gastronomy Panel' was held at KÜN

As part of the 21-27 May Turkish Cuisine Week, the 'Turkish Cuisine Week Development of Local and Sustainable Gastronomy Panel' was held in the World's Best Tourism Village Mustafapaşa, on 25-26 May 2023, hosted by our University Cookery and Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, in cooperation with Nevşehir Governorship, Ahiler Development Agency, Turkey Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA) and UNESCO Turkish National Commission.
