Chef Melih İçigen and Dorukan Boyacı, lecturers of our University's Cooking Program and Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, came second in the 'Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2022' (World's Best Cookbook Competition) held this year in Umea, Sweden, with the book "Fire, Air, Water, Soil: In-Depth Cooking Methods and Techniques" they prepared.
