Dolaz Dessert

Materials

50 ml Butter

50gr of Flour

40 gr Black grape molasses

200 ml Milk

DIRECTIONS

Pour oil into a pan, add flour and slowly fry until it turns golden.  

Add molasses to the sautéed flour and continue to sauté (depending on the number of servings).  

Finally add the milk and stir in, and the dessert is ready. 

It can be either consumed cold after refrigerating or served hot. 

(In the past, Dolaz dessert was prepared by our ancestors in this region, who made it from the ingredients found in the home in lean times [molasses, butter, milk and flour] to fulfil their longing for desserts.  “Since the restaurant owner did not provide any weights, a rule of thumb decision was made.”)
