Macir Böreği With Spinach

Materials

1 kg spinach

1 small onion

3 tbsp. of maize oil

1 tbsp. salt

1 dessert spoon granulated sugar

1 dessert spoon chilli flakes

DIRECTIONS

Finely chop the cleaned spinach with the stems.

Simmer over a low heat in its own juices with the lid covered, add salt and sugar, but do not add water.

Drain the cooked spinach.

Grate the onion and sauté in oil.

Stir the spinach and onion and add paprika. Allow the filling to cool before using.
