2 tablespoons of olive oil
60 g pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon of butter
1 liter of water
DIRECTIONS
Flour, eggs, salt are thoroughly kneaded.
Add three tablespoons of water and olive oil little by little.
Having a smooth consistency, the dough is rested for 15 minutes.
The dough is rolled out and cut into erişte form.
Boil 1 liter of water until it is bubbling and cook the noodles.
Fry the cooked erişte in a pan with butter and half of the pumpkin seeds.
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on the cooked erişte and serve.
