Materials

300 G Flour

150 ml of water

6 G Salt

For the above:

Yogurt

Garlic - finely chopped

On optional:

Chickpeas, tomato sauce or tomato paste sauce is poured.

DIRECTIONS

Knead the water, flour and salt mixture in a bowl to obtain a firm dough.

Divide the dough into balls.

Cut the rolled-out dough into small squares.

Dry the cut dough squares.

Boil the dried dough in hot water.

After the squares are cooked, combine with garlic yogurt, and add tomato sauce or chickpeas as an option. 

Spread on a tray and leave to dry.
