FOR INTERNAL MORTAR
1 medium cabbage
250 grams ground beef
1 onion
300 grams glass of rice
Half a bunch of parsley
15 grams of dried mint
100 ml Oil
5 grams of Salt
25 grams of Paprika
1 liter of water
FOR PASTRY SAUCE
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon of oil
2 glasses of water
1 teaspoon of salt
DIRECTIONS
Boil the cabbage in salted water until soft. ( 4-5 minutes )
Drain the rice after washing it with water.
Peel and finely chop the onions, take the oil and onions in another pan and fry for 1 minute.
Wrap the wraps so that the veins of the boiled cabbage leaves are inside.
Place them in the pan, then add olive oil and half a glass of water over the wraps.
Cook for 25 minutes on low heat.
