Materials
400 g lean ground beef
1 small onion – finely diced
3 tbsp. of maize oil
2 medium-sized tomatoes
1 tbsp. tomato paste
2 long green peppers
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Sauté the chopped onion over low heat in the oil.
Add the ground beef, salt, black pepper and finely chopped long green peppers. Sauté the ground beef until it appears to have lost all the pink colour.
Add the grated tomatoes and tomato paste dissolved in half a cup of water.
Remove from heat 2 minutes after boiling and set the filling aside to cool.
