Materials
400 g walnuts
1 dessert spoon salt
1 dessert spoon chilli flakes
3 slices of stale bread without the crust
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
Peel the walnuts after soaking in water overnight and grind with a pestle together with the salt and garlic.
Soak the stale bread in water, crumble and bring to a thick consistency.
Add the crushed walnuts to the prepared mixture. Add the chilli flakes and oil to complete the mixture
