Materials
2 cups of baldo rice
5 glasses of water
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
DIRECTIONS
Place the washed rice and salt in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes until the rice is tender.
Strain the rice through a fine mesh strainer, melt the butter in a separate pan and mix with the rice. Sauté for 10 minutes over a low heat.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar and serve hot after allowing the rice to rest for 15 minutes.
