140 Gram Chickpeas
140 Grams of Dry Beans
150 Grams of Raisins
130 Grams Dried Apricots (Diced into Cubes)
130 Grams of Dried Figs (Diced into Cubes)
500 Gram Molasses
4.5 Lt Water

100 Gram Walnuts
100 Gram Hazelnut (Cracked)
100 Grams Pistachio Powder
DIRECTIONS
The night before, cracked wheat is soaked with hot water, chickpeas and dried beans with cold water.
On the day of cooking, chickpeas and dried beans are boiled.
Dry fruits are left to soften in warm water.
Wheat and water are taken into a pot and cooked until the wheat opens.
When the wheat starts to open, raisins are added first.
After a little boiling, dried apricots are added.
After 10 minutes, chickpeas and dried beans are added. Close the lid and let it boil.
If it is too thick, water can be added.
When the şire (aşure) starts to thicken and the ingredients become soft, grape molasses and dried figs are added.
When it boils a little and gets its consistency, the bottom of the asure is closed.
Şire (aşure) is rested and taken into service containers.
It is garnished with hazelnuts, pistachios and walnuts and served.
