Materials
200 g butter
2 egg yolks
2 teaspoons of salt
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon paprika
DIRECTIONS
Knead the flour, oil and salt, roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 cm.
Cut into 3 cm squares. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with chilli flakes.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180oC/350oF for around 15 minutes.
