Materials
3 catfish
50 g butter
1 cup stale bread – breadcrumbs
2 cloves of garlic – crushed
1/2 bunch dill or parsley – finely chopped
1 dessert spoon salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Place the cleaned and pat dried fish on a greased baking tray.
Add the crushed garlic, dill or parsley, salt and pepper to the breadcrumbs.
Soak the prepared mixture in the melted butter and combine.
Spoon the mixture into the fish and close the fish with a toothpick.
Bake uncovered in an oven preheated to 180oC/350oF for around 35 minutes.
Serve hot.
