Materials
500 g cornmeal
500 g wheat flour
500 ml. ayran (Ayran: It is a kind of drink obtained by adding water to yogurt.)
1 tbsp. salt
200 g butter
2 cups of water
DIRECTIONS
Knead the corn and wheat flours with ayran after adding salt.
Crumble the obtained dough into small beads by hand.
Spread the crumbles over a large bowl and allow to dry for at least 1 hour.
Bring to the boil in salted water. Strain through a fine mesh strainer, taking care not to disperse it.
Transfer to a serving plate and pour the melted butter over the top. Serve hot with grape molasses, honey or cheese.
