Materials
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
3 cups of flour
1 packet baking powder
150 g tulum cheese
1 dessert spoon butter
1 bunch dill – finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
Whisk the egg well with the oil and milk. Add the flour and baking powder, sifted together, to the egg mixture and stir.
Add the dill and tulum cheese.
After greasing a ramekin with butter, flour it to prevent sticking and then pour the mixture into the ramekin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180oC/350oF for around 25 minutes.
Allow to cool in its ramekin before serving.
